Condos on Grand Avenue
The neighborhood in Everett, where this building was planned for, is zoned for historical overlay - meaning the building was required to fit in with the design of the neighborhood’s century-old homes. We selected a craftsmen style that mimicked similar styles in the area. The building was designed with six units that were accessed from a single main entry, reminiscent of other large homes in the area.
