The hospital as a center of excellence in cardiac, vascular, and advanced laproscopic surgery had a need to completely remodel two operating rooms and install additional electrical, data and network infrastructure to the other remaining seven operating rooms. The two remodeled rooms had a lack of efficiency in their existing layout and needed updated surgical lighting, overhead power/data/medical gas booms, and video equipment including wall mounted flat panel monitoring to accomodate for the more complex video and electronic equipment surgeons are now using.
