This thirty five year old school was evaluated for remodeling by our firm and our team of consultants. Extensive studies indicated that the school district would be financially ahead, in the life cycle cost analysis, to replace the main buildings with new construction and remodel the gymnasium space. Planning allowed the existing buildings to be occupied while the new construction was progressing. The entire site was transformed to take advantage of better circulation for pedestrians, cars and buses and provided expanded outdoor sport facilities.
