The building sat empty until it was purchased in 2007\r\n    and transformed into an office building that is home to four different tenants,\r\n    including our architectural office. \r\n    Major interior remodeling provided office spaces, new electrical, lighting,\r\n    HVAC and ADA accessible restrooms \r\n    but still kept the historical integrity of the building intact",
