The program called for a new Irish themed restaurant with space for a banquet room and a leasable tenant space. The site, just off of I-5 in south Everett, was sloping so the building was designed as two stories with the tenant space and banquet room on the lower (daylight) level. The exterior was designed using colorful stained concrete block to draw attention to the building and the restaurant’s location.
